Dayton Newspaper Guild President Lou Grieco appointed Karen Baird last week to the executive board’s at-large position for health and safety. Baird fills the vacancy left when Jessica Garringer resigned from the Dayton Daily News to take another job.

In January, Grieco appointed Mark McGregor to fill the at-large position for part-timers. This news would have been posted earlier, but the Guild’s website was down for much of January.
